I haven't encountered any problems with my local freecycle group--but I don't post much either. The Admins send out a monthly reminder of the rules, and that is about it from them. Anything I have posted has been taken rather quickly and with no problems. I use it more to look for items for clients (I'm a social worker), but don't find it necessary to post 'wanted' messages often. Skimming through the daily offers will eventually turn up about any household item one of my client's might need.
