Granted it is non-musical, but we would honestly be interested in knowing the exact process step by step that you went through in un-installing and then replacing the power supply.

This is a component that everyone has to replace on their systems sooner or later, and it would be most advantageous knowing the process so that one could do it themselves, instead of paying a shop to do it, since the price of a new power supply itself is rather inexpensive.
