I don't know about Cat's pee but the stuff we make from corn is whiskey, and the best of it is Bourbon Whiskey, which more than holds its own against the Scotch and Irish stuff. We haven't made much rye whiskey here since the whiskey rebellion pushed whiskey distilling out of the Eastern Seaboard and into the limestone water and corn-rich country of Kentucky.
