Dear Mr Duck and any other campers

This was answered some posts back by Panurus Biarmicus after I had managed to cloud the issue - I forgot that there is a locking post that goes in to prevent vehicular access. I should remember as I'm down there every day but senior moment possibly.

All you need to do is move your vehicle off the field if that is where you have been. It is possible that you may be to the left of the camping field if you are in a caravan/camper van so it won't be an issue to you.

The scouts will have been on round the clock duty from Friday lunchtime and so it is not unreasonable that they want to go home! They have done a brilliant job in organising all the campsite negotiations with the council and all the bookings.
