BTW Dave - definitely NO to dieting workshops!! Too much like hard work - but I'd happily try Ruth's Yorkshire pud workshop if it involved sampling the goods (minus maple syrup of course - and anyway, I thought it was CANADIANS that put it on everything rather than Americans - any comment on that Ruth??)
