You're right SRS. I think that just reading through the threads gives some idea of what any particular person is like, both from their own posts and from the way that other Mudcatters react to them.

I got to know Kendall as a person before he was even considered as a partner, particularly since I certainly wasn't going to leave England for the USA. IMHO that is the best way to do it - don't go looking for a partner but try to make friends. If you feel a kinship with another Mudcatter then PM them - maybe they will come back to you. It worked for us.
