I know in my last post I suggested that this thread should get back to being about Holmfirth and all things folky therein but I just had to write in to say that I have now just topped £300 without the Gift Aid. It comes to just over £390 with Gift Aid.

Thanks ever so to those who have helped me achieve such a wonderful sum of money for Cystic Fibrosis Research.

Oh and by the way I did the walk last Sunday. Those who came to the festival are likely to remember Jenny who was I/C stewards - well she did it as well and raised money for Alzheimers but I don't know how much. The weather was a lot better than it was the previous Sunday at the Festival but it would have been a very miserable walk if it had been raining.
