I remember going once, in th eearly 80's I think, when the Folk Festival clashed with the Regatta - That WAS busy! About 3 or 4 years ago the earlier Goth Weekend co-incided with Moor and Coast. Great fun:-)

Remember the 'Roses' beach cricket matches Ray? We were lucky enough to be put in to bat as the tide was coming in - making it much easier to hit boundries! A grand victory for Lancashire:-D
