Well, it's amazing what you can hide in a budget if you know how to pull the strings. A little investigation has revealed that is no ordinary sedan chair -- not for our Rapaire, no sirreee. Turns out, under "Office Supplies and Equipment", he managed to finance a Hummer SUV chair!! Its kinda like a sedan chair only wider, twice as many carriers, and they wear baseball cleats. Lots of chrome and leather, built in map system and iPod, all the bells.
