skipy - you have posted some very meaningful and often funny contributions here but you realy need to sort youself out on this one. You really are just using the restrictions as another excuse for not giving up. It is classic addiction behavior and I am sure if you would just accept that you may find giving up, or at least not smoking in the presense of non-smokers, far easier.
