marriage has been mentioned - and he formally asked her family for permission to propose to her - they have the wedding planned (and have had for months) - but the actual question has not been asked or answered.

We found this all out a couple months back when they mentioned it on visit; and also mentioned their first choice for wedding dates had been June 9th (which was a shock since his mother and I were both in florida that weekend - and had had the tickets for that trip for months)


And *she* has said he has to do the asking.
