And no, of course they will not be tried. Such people never are unless they get invaded and conquered by someone more powerful, lose a major war in the process, and get put on trial by the winners of that war.

There's no way that can happen at present to the leaders of America and the UK. They are not faced by any foreign power capable of conquering them.
