"I wonder when we will get Osama Bin Laden."

I think he's already 'got'. But there would be no point for either side to say he's dead. The 'spectre' of his being alive is useful to the various terrorist organizations, and it's worth lots for Bush to have a boogy man to mention from time to time. Even if he were to be caught tomorrow, in whose interest would it be for there to be a trial?
