Smallish town of 7500 or so souls, located on Lake Huron, called Goderich. Ontario is full of such towns and they all claim to be unique in some way or another, and I suppose they are, except to be full of generally good people. We have a pleasant little 1880s brick house with tangled gardens, two dogs, two kids (well, one's still at home), and well...I think there's a toaster in there somewhere too.

Alternately I spend time at the family place on Georgian Bay, where, like my parents before me, I hope to retire when the time comes.

Truly if it wasn't for my good wife, I'd probably be living under a bridge in my very own cardboard box.
