I use my real name, with initials also (I omit my secret middle name!). That's because for some years as posted only as a guest and used my initials MCP to identify my posts. When I decided to join I asked if I could have my old guest posts changed to my name to keep my history continuous, but that appeared not to be simple (and there were enough other problems without dealing with that!). Joe Offer suggested I use my initials along with the name so that there would be a continuing link with my old guest postings.
