I've actually been a member (though a lurker much of the time) for about seven years (!!!!), though originally under a different handle. Other than being able to PM, which is fun, I also like the ability to trace threads on the Personal Page so I can keep track of the discussions I'm particularly interested in (and shamelessly refresh if warranted ;)).

As for my real name, well, I'm definitely a Molly. ;) And I play a big multi-stringed thingamabobber. My last name is historically difficult for people to spell or pronounce, so I leave it out. (UK 'Catters would have very little problem, as it's a Germanized spelling of an Anglo-Irish name, but in the US it's been practically hopeless. Feh.)
