Barry is making a strong point, Jim Lad. You say you were young and so you ran, you ducked out. Presumably the conditions in Britain have not appreciably improved since then- why then, now that you are older, haven't you moved back in order to fight for what you believe is right?

I agree with Barry. To sit there in your own little haven and throw stones at us for not doing all that you think we should be doing - when you did not, makes your opinions not worth taking seriously.
