You still keep thinking separate bars protect non-smokers rights? This is about employees, mainly,
as they are the ones worst impacted by second hand smoke when they have to breathe it
while serving smokers, day in and day out, all through their shift. Having to go into a separate room
full of smoke is not protecting their rights.
