It has been cool here ( due to the absence of those politicians on the campaign trail not providing hot air). A cold front is moving in, so we expect wet weather.

The Smithsonian Folklife Festival seems to be going well. I've only been able to get to the site on Sunday, as I've been working every day. But the Participant Hospitality parties are fun, and it is a good group there.

Anybody need a LEFT-handed 5 string banjo?
