Thanks for posting the link to that excellent article. It was very interesting and shed a lot of light on the published music watchdog process ... and unsdercores the urgent need to reform it. ASCAP has abused music industry people, especially those of us on the fringes of National popularity, for far too long. It threatens the existence of all but mainstream music, and is helps far fewer then it damages.
