Unless you dried the slugs out and used them as the hands of a clock....?

Coming up the garden path late one night I trod on something soft and squidgy. My immediate reaction was 'I'm going to get that bloody dog next door and ram that turd back up its arse'... but as it was well into the wee hours, I just went to bed.

The following morning, exiting the house on the way to work, I saw what I'd trodden in.

Stretched out across the path, covering a distance of about 3ft was a large, exploded slug. I'd trodden on one end of it and the other had popped like a crisp packet, scattering internal organs across the pathway.

Slugs have bright yellow intestines.
