There has been an online audio version available (if you know the right people...) for 2 weeks now... mate of mine downloaded it and was listening to it bit by bit. I've not seen him for a while so I know not how it ends.

We're waiting for the postman to deliver our copy... there will be rioting in east London tomorrow if it doesn't arrive!
