PS a hooray Henry is someone with more money than sense,who doesn't have to work, frequently from the upper/upper middle classes, who spends their life having a good time (i.e. shouting hooray!!), frequently making a nuisance of themselves and generally behaving like idiots.

Sounds like about half the population of Bozeman, MT. There, they're called "Trust Fund Babies."
