It would be interesting to have your comments -- or criticisms -- about the sauce recipe I posted on August 2nd. (See also the follow up conversations for more details.)It is almost there, just a touch milder. I believe that slight additional jalepeno juice would add the spice needed. (My husband and I actually like the version posted.)Note that I took the license to add some Mrs. Dash and Accent. This was a convenience I took to cover some of the "spices" listed by Woody's. It seems to work. The recipe is to the best of my memory, so I may need to make some adjustments the next time I make it. I would appreciate hearing from you. Happy cooking! BBQ Chef
