Good grief - a person goes to bed and indulges in a few hours of sleep, which is only right and proper for the time of day here in upside down land, and the whole battle is engaged (sorta), fought (in a sorta half-arsed kind of way) and fizzles to an ignominious end.

I was expecting more swaggering, swords at twenty paces and plenty of blood-letting. I am disappointed. The question is, does MOM feel sufficiently avenged?
