the recent development whereby you can buy a solid wood guitar very cheaply has caused a rift in my long term relationship with Yamahas.

I still have the cpx15cm.

however my main guitars at the moment are Faith. I also have a Cort.

Yamaha don't seem interested in competing. I think they placed all their hopes on the ART system of bugging. As far as I know you can't get a Yamaha solid wood electro acoustic for less than a couple of grand or so.

Its a pity.
