nope. crackers is crackers - and the herring and onions would go well on a nice savoury cracker - but a biscuit....hmmmmmmmmmmm

anyone else want to try to explain? some biscuits are like irish soda bread only individual portion size; some are more like what bread would be if it were made like puff pastry...

so hard to explain....
