It says Distributed by Reilly. In order, the ingredients are--
Water,tomato paste, soybean oil, vinegar,spices, liq. hickory smoke, high fructose corn sirup, salt, garlic powder, sugar, flavoring, hydrolized soy protien, potassium sorbate as a preservative, caramel colour, sodium benzoate as a preservative, xanthan gum and red 40.

Isn't red 40 now outlawed? Carcinogen?
What the hell is the difference between spices and flavourings?
I can tell there is more oil than you might think--it pools on top
of the sauce.


If we leave out the preservatives, I bet this stuff would pressure can (it MIGHT) water bath because of the tomato and vinegar, but I'd not trust it) for, oh, say, 10 mins. Shouldn't take long.
