Pressure can...sorry I forgot to delete the Water from that phrase. It's a pressure canner, which is NOT a water bath canner, sorry, my mistake.

A pressure canner operates under pressure, 5, 10 or 15 lbs of pressure under the sealed lid. Takes a while. But after it pressures up, I'd think 10 mins should be enough for Woody's. IF it doesn' burst the seals.

A 'water bath' canner is a whole nother beast...it's just a big pan of boiling water that will cover the jars inside.

Straight pressure canner would be safer than just a water bath, which is used ONLY for very high acidic foods. Not sure yet that the Woody's meets the criteria for a water bath.
