The song 'Happy Birthday to you', although popularly believed to be public domain, is still actually under copyright, as the authors were still alive in the last decade.

So who is going to collect up on that one then? How many kiddies parties are going to be raided and the offending group of pre-schoolers dragged away to chokey because their pocket money doesn't cover the fines......!
