Azxizi, re Sultan's Polka: my comment on the "first theme" was perhaps ambiguous. It is a three part tune, or at least the version I know is, and the first part is the tune used for an English nursery-rhyme:
One two three four five
Once I caught a fish alive
Six seven eight nine ten
Then I let him go again
Why did you let him go?
Because he bit my finger so
Which finger did he bite?
