Otman-Othman: Germanic or areas with Germanic influence. (= Otto) Otman-Othman: Turkish or areas influenced by Ottoman Turks, such as the Balkans. No relationship between the two that I can find. In Spain the name is not current- ?may have been used in the Moorish days.
