Heh! That must be quite a schooner. I hope a model of it becomes available soon, one of those great plank-on-frame kits by Constructo or Artesania Latina. It sounds like a beauty.

Here's a galleon...about how I envision the Shatboat...

Spanish Galleon "San Francisco"

Here's the American frigate "Lafayette", aka British frigate "Hermione"...a beauty! I'm not sure who captured it from whom, but it apparently changed hands at least once.

And finally, a ship of the line: the immense Spanish "San Juan Nepomuceno". Spanish ships tended to be named for saints and religious figures or icons.
