Don't forget Prudential Investments.

A burst economic bubble will not destroy civilization as we know it. It will make life harder, true. Perhaps it will serve as a wakeup call that the United States was originally founded to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity.

But there won't be (many) riots in the streets or cities aflame from top to bottom any more than there were durin the Great Depression or when the South Sea Bubble burst or during the various Panics of the 19th Century.

Banks will fail, people will lose their homes and savings, there will be some suicides...in short, the economic order will be changed, but only somewhat. And I doubt that there will be any true accountability.

And yes, Donuel, I agree with your 15% and I'd go as high as 20%.
