ok.. i am in good shape for a bloke my age..

and certainly better condition than probably most guys half my age..

not boasting.. just being cautiously objective..


thing is though.. its not my libido thats slowing down..

[the dirty cruel bastard wakes me up most nights to bother the mrs..


fortunately (???) she's at that funny age to enjoy and encourage those sort of night-time raids..!!!??]
