Crying is good. The bombing that killed Dad was the one in April, not the one in October (later) that killed all the Marines. I am impressed that you have memorials for both, the one killing mostly civilians got swept under the rug pretty fast...or is it a more general one to the entire terrorism decade (as I think of it), beginning Nov 1979 when the Teheran embassy was taken over, and mutating in the early 1990' between the World Trade Center bombing? After that, we started growing our own, viz. the OK City bombing, whose anniversary is tomorrow.
