I have used Virgin for about 18 months, was impressed with both the simplicity of getting it to work, and the way that all promises made have been kept. Delivery of both hardware & service have been as and when agreed, everything just worked.

I have had only one case when the service ceased, and simply restarting the router cured it (they had warned by e-mail that I was getting a free boost to the service speed, which may have been the cause when the switch was made) so I have never needed to deal with their tech support.
