I'll gather five sets of data for each point I want to make and from that derive, with 90% certainty, the median value. This should be good enough, given that measurement can be defined as a quantification of the reduction of uncertainty! Moreover, it will give a high-low range for the community benefit analysis and a jumping-off point for economic impact studies!
