Just to say if you're looking at public transport it appears there will be engineering works affecting Headcorn, so Ashford on the 297 looks a better bet 0918 1115 1315 1455 1620 from Ashford International station on Sat, 1000 1330 only on Sun, but beware! last bus out 2144 Sat and 1730 (sic) Sun..., and the last train from Ashford to London on Sun is surprisingly early...
