Sounds like an infection to me. I'd ask if it sounds like one to you, only you can't hear so it wouldn't sound like much. You could always push an ice pick in until the eardrum is punctured, that would drain any gunk out, but I really don't recommend that. I knew a guy who did that and sneezed as it was going on; when right on through his head but being a brainless twit it didn't hurt him any AND, with lenses installed in both ears, he got a job as a talking telescope at Niagra Falls. But jobs like that don't come around very often so going to the doctor is probably your best bet.
