vectis refers to penile sheaths and leg bags. These are self adhesive and can be a solution to urinary incontinence. There are many different makes and they come in various sizes. Your practice nurse or pharmacist should be able to advise. I would advise using self adhesive sheaths as opposed to ones with seperate adhesive strips because they are more fiddley. The leg bags are held on with straps or a stocking type garment and can be thigh or calf worn and have a simple tap for emptying.
