I am on here because my left index finger gets icy cold off and on throughout the cooler months. Also, the muscle at the base of my left thumb (palm side) throbs with pain from time to time. I am right handed, and know the feeling of carpal tunnel from typing too much, but this is different than what I've experienced in the past. My husband says it's a pinched nerve...and my doc thought nothing serious. This is the third year in a row that I have had this experience.
