I don't have much to add, but two of my favorite Mudcatters are running this conversation, so...
Yes, they did change the lyrics from time to time. I remember the line Light, Regular or Heavy meaning light, regular or heavy beards, it's all rock 'n roll to those Gillette blades. Was there a cartoon parrot who appeared in the TV commercials?
