Roberto, here is what I hear differently - mostly minor. The solo recording by Fiddlin' John was recorded on 7 November 1923 in New York City and issued in March 1924 as OK 40038 [info from Meade].

Stanza 1, line 2 'of a brave'

S2, L2 'at the kitchen door'

S5, L1 'looked at his watch and his watch'
S5, L2 'looked at his water and his water'
S5, L2, 'Turned to his fireman, 'Pick your place to jump'
S5, L4 'there's two locomotives are a-bound to bump'

S6, L2 'are a-bound to bump'
S6, L4   'there's two locomotives are a-bound to bump'

S7, L1 omit 'to'

S8, L1 'Well, at the'
S8, L3 'Poor old Casey didn't weaken'

S9, L4 'I guess I'll'

S10, L3 ''fore you'

S11, L4 omit 'you'

I hope the above is of some use to you.
