I've been to a lot of CompUSA's over the years (named ironically considering John's information that it is owned out of Mexico!). I've had varying opinions but on the whole more pluses than minuses. They had knowledgeable employees at about the same percentage as ignoramuses.

It's hard to believe the Anchorage store was losing money. I s'pose the benefits go to BestBuy and the remaining specialty stores that also do computers (Ours is called Frigid (sic) North).
