I found that SpyBot in the advanced mode would eat my Mudcat cookie so that I would have to re-log-on every time I wanted to post. Eventually, I gave up on SpyBot. Now I use Panda Internet Security which is a firewall in addition to dealing with viruses, cookies, adware, etc, and so far it works well. It also prevents pop-ups and unwanted modem dialing.
