Staples yanked painlessly!! Medicos took more pictures (x-rays -- this is the team that went out of their way not to hurt me while getting the x-rays when I first broke the arm -- unlike the first 2 x-ray bouts of that day) and the plate looks very neat & sturdy. Doctor said it'll be another 6 weeks before it's considered healed and he'll see me in a month.

Meanwhile, he showed me the kind of stretching I can both with & without Tom's help, some of which I've already started. So shouldn't need PT sessions.

Gotta go -- pick up my stuff, etc. at the Real Estate Guide and then head to the Press Room, though prolly not staying for the whole session.
