I highly recommend this gal's current CD (It may be her first, i don't know) - I bought it a few months ago on itunes and this song, while lovely and memorable, is not the best song on the CD. The CD is a nice mix of folk-rock and features some nice harmonies. I like the song Cannonball the best. Even though her name is spelled as if she should be a poptart like Britney Spears ort somesuch, she's an artist with depth and talent.

"The Story" is being used all over television and no doubt a few people will find this thread when they google the lyrics. Hopefully, they'll go and put up the $$ for the album download or to buy the physical download - young artists with this amount of promise need to be supported in an age where it is becoming harder and harder for labels to find it worth their while to support the development of acts such as hers. Brandi Carlile is the singer & Songwriter gals like Gretchen Wilson only wish they could be.
