Hey, there, Mama! Let's vote for Obama!!

Seriously, I was delighted to hear back from the local gunsmith that my recently inherited 410 shotgun, and the .22-long Colt revolver, are both in excellent condition, and are ready to go. He is test-firing them, and I will pick them up this afternoon. There is not much to do with them, of course, in our urban environment, but there are a few ugly racoons who keep pawing up my back yard that I would like to meet. And BBW and I will take some training, for the sake of the neighbors... :D
