If there were a working network of support for Planned Parenthood, pre-natal support, post-natal support, familial education, and compassionate adoption processes, abortion would be come much less in demand.

And that is something which anyone who is genuinely "pro-life" or "pro-choice" ought to be agreed about, and doing what they can to ensure exists.
